Oaks looking woeful this year

Oaks looking woeful this year. is it just me or is it true for real. Although this is inline with what people said in the past. but Sariska,Midday and High Heeled proved them wrong.

Gertrude Bell was hard to dislike in the Cheshire Oaks but as a trial it was more a testimony to the riding skills of William Buick. He dictated the race from the front ,got first run and they finished in a bit of heap she only won by three-quarters of a length.

Should improve for the step up to 12 furlongs but gave the impression of
being a bit of a big filly who might not be quite suited to a track like
Epsom.
