Will just eating oatmeal, fruit salads, chicken wraps(foldeed flour tortilla with melted cheese,grilled chicken,lettuce tomatoes,onions n sourcream)captain crunch, ramen noodles, n green tea help loose weight? is dis healthy?

  1. Well, it does not sound very healthy at all.

    Let's see. Oatmeal is very healthy if you eat the right kind. Quaker Oats premade ones like Maple Brown Sugar and all that other stuff is all processed and probably isn't the healthiest for you. Try buying regular oatmeal and put a small amount of honey and milk, her a little butter and cinnamon on your own. Add some fruit and you have got a great breakfast.

    Ramen Noodle is processed to h**l and is loaded with sodium, you will definitely want to stay away from that! Captain Crunch, processed and filled with sugar.

    Fruit salads are fine, again if you make them yourself. Go to the grocery store get some organic fruit and you are all done. You may also want to try fruit smoothies for breakfast, they are great for you.

    Green tea is great, just like drinking water. Chicken wraps are not the worst, it is all about portioning. If you put a little of everything it is not going to kill you. You can't go through life not eating anything good, so just portion.

    Take vitamins and get good sleep. Try veggies with some ranch dressing as dip (portion again) and have good salads filled with lots of things. Steer clear of things in the market that advertise Low Fat! Compare them to the regular item and you will see that although the fat went down, the sodium  increases highly. Its healthier not to eat them.

    Well that's it, try and cook everything from scratch and stay away from processed things. Try organic cereals and even try sandwhiches without the bread wrapped up in lettuce wraps, they are great.
