Obama's poll numbers are actually higher after the week, not down. Palin overrated?

Obamas up 7 point since the speech.lost only 1 points after Palin annoucement. LOOk CNN poll say Bidens has a 45 percent likable rating Palin 48 percent, the boost after palin isn't that high lol. Palin is overrated. Obama is way more popular then palin ever could be , unless she gets naked... Palin overrated, doesn't effect anything....Why are people on yahoo talking about palin likes she next next comming of chirst?

Obama is up by 4 points after a week long DNC love fest!  They needed at least 15 it was a flop...

The reason they are hanging onto her like the second coming is they don't have a lot to cheer about.  They have gone to an extreme in support of her.

McCain is anti abortion, but what he has chosen is a woman who is anti abortion to an extreme. So much so that she would be classified as a control freak.  That is not going to sit well with many women.

What I think could be happening, and I take this observation with a grain of salt, but it is something to consider, is the GOP is h**l bent on self destruction so it can have a legitimate reason to kick the extremists out so they can get back to the middle.  I think the GOP knows their days are numbered if they continue to be the party of extreme right wing values.

Is my observation plausible?  Maybe.  Likely? I really don't know.

I simply have trouble believing that McCain would select such a divider as his running mate. It simply does not make sense.

attention..slow down..we have two months of Bull Roar..and a convention and some more debates

harvey Gantt was up in the polls by more than 34% over Helms--and lost by 70% when it came time to really cast votes.

Americans want to be seen as PC, and when asked will say the "right' thing. Behind the curtain, they will elect the man they truly believe is the best choice to govern all Americans--not just poor people and black people as BO is trying to attract. In fact, only about 25% of Americans vote in general elections anyway. So the ones who say they'll vote for BO when it comes to that day, won't even go to the election polls.

BO is sunk and he knows it now--Joe Biden? What was he thinking?
