As opposed to the Bush/McCain plan, which is spend, spend, spend and DON'T tax. that plan has worked...how?

I'd answer this, but I have the feeling that if he cured cancer, found an alternative to foreign oil or gained proof that faster than light travel were possible you still wouldn't vote for him or even think very highly of him.

That is your right, but personal attacks such as this for no reason other than political posturing should be beneath us as an intellectual voting society.

edit: Ah! You added more information about your question. Actually, both candidates are giving the vibe that they are going to spend like there's no tomorrow. Politicians today all talk about doing this and doing that, without explaining how they're going to pay for it. All the while they are talking about cutting taxes, which does not make fiscal sense. Spend more and make less. But it's not just Obama that's doing it.
