Obama Supporters, why didn't Obama agree to any of the 11 McCain proposed town hall meetings?

McCain wanted the town hall meetings done his way. The stipulations of the town hall meeting were not up for negotiation. McCain knew Obama would not go along with this. All McCain wanted to get from this was the ability to say, "Well I challenged Obama to the town hall meetings and he wouldn't accept the challenge." and he stops right there. He should be adding to that, "I would not let Camp Obama negotiate the stipulations of the town hall meetings because I am a douche"

Why should he let McCain dictate the type of debate, and then McCain refused to negotiate, why, because he wanted complete control over all the debates. That alone is a good enough reason!

Obama is not any good at speaking off the cuff.  With a teleprompter he is good, otherwise, it is "um, well, um" and McCain would destroy him.  If Obama supporters thought the Clinton's were tough, they are in for a surprise.
