  1. well one prez campaigned "read my lips, "no new taxes"" and he was true to his word... no new taxes just raises on the current taxes.... so either way you will be facing new taxes or tax hikes.... but if you think about it mcain has like 27 years of senet expierence and like 20 some odd years of military while obama has only like 160 DAYS of expierence in the senate and ZERO military experience....  so who would you vote for? some one with about 4 months experience or 20 some odd...

  2. I'm voting for Obama...and yeah Most of the people here are going to put their opinion in anything you ask >.<

    Heres a few differences..

Obama wants to get our troops out of Iraq.

McCain wants to keep us there to "finish the Job"

Obama is for alternative energy. As in Solar Power, Wind Power(windmills), etc.

    McCain is for only drilling

Obama feels we need to make our Nuclear Power plants safer and more efficient.

McCain feels that we need to build 200+ more this instant.

Obama will raise taxes for those making more than a quarter million a year.

    McCain isn't.

    Heres my opinion on those..

We do need to get our troops out of Iraq..I don't understand how we need to finish anything if he Bush said we already won in Iraq. Oh and by the way...you know those weapons of mast destruction he was talking about? yeah..they weren't there..

I think we do need to invest in alternative energy. Solar power is great, and we are losing to much of our men and women for oil. If we do drill offshore of America, as McCain proposes, I'm pretty sure we won't get near enough. Maybe enough to pay for the actual oil rigs that will need to be built.

Any money is going to help get us out of this 3 Trillion dollar war we're in  thats costed our economy to suffer :s McCain has voted with Bush 95% and he thinks our economy is strong at the moment. At first(2000-2006) if you watch his interviews or when he's speaking about the war or anything, he says he backs George Bush 100%, but now that Bush's approval rating is low he's saying otherwise.

Vote for whoever you want, but check the facts first and decide for yourself. Do not go to websites to look at news just to bash McCain or Obama. Definitely do not watch Fox News :s

  3. i don't think you should ask anyone here.

find that out on your own especially if your basing your vote on it.

people will tell you things that are biased.

    just my opinion.

  4. Go and check their sites and you will see... Obama plans to raise taxes and increase benefits like unemployment and union rights.

McCain plans to lower taxes by creating more jobs and increasing the taxable base. So you have more people working and more people paying taxes... so he does not have to raise them. Obama is planning to have less people working = more unemployment incentives not to work and a much smaller tax base.

  5. Sorry.

This issue's above my pay grade.

  6. Obama is going to raise taxes for everyone making over $250,000 a year. Also if a business does not offer health care they will pay a penatly and raise mim. wage.

This will cause resturants, drug stores, dollar stores, daycare and anywhere else that does not have health care and pays mim. wage to go up on their prices.  Think about it people before you thumb me down the increase is not going to come out of their profit.

  7. By not raising taxes on the wealthy McCain increases the deficit which weakens the dollar which drives up the price of importing oil and thus makes gasoline more expensive which is a horrible tax because the proceeds go to our enemies rather than to our own government.
