If Obama really cared wouldn't he show it in his personal life as well?

Anybody can donate other's people's money through higher taxes, but are they really a hero by doing that?

If Obama really cared, I think he would show it in his personal life as well.

  1. He earned his money, and has a right to spend it as he see's fit. You shouldn't judge him by his financial contributions. How would you like it if your neighborhood association said your Christmas lights were insufficient show of community support to be the Block president? McCain is far richer, and can loose 10% of his net worth, let alone his annual income without feeling the pinch. Obama has a young family, and many bills. To me, the fact that he cant afford more is evidence that he hasn't been bought. (his income would be higher, and he could afford more)

  2. Im sure Mccain has a lot more money to give away.

overanalyzing arent we? Since you care so much about "America", why arent you feeding the poor or something??

  3. They make enough, so I would think so, BUT they do not donate much at all in my opinion.  Everyday citizens donate more of a percentage than does Obama.

  4. He's a hypocrite.

  5. Yes, he is,

McCain took candy from babies, and Obama gave them candy.

See how easy it is to say things?

  6. Libs wasted their money on Obama!

    August Surprise!!!

A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit yesterday afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission.

The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

Phillip Berg, the filing attorney, is a former gubernatorial and senatorial candidate, former chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery (PA) County, former member of the Democratic State Committee, and former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania. According to Berg, he filed the suit--just days before the DNC is to hold its nominating convention in Denver--for the health of the Democratic Party. "I filed this action at this time," Berg stated, "to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.".

Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding the Illinois senator's background, and in today's lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia. Berg also cites what he calls "dual loyalties" due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.

Even if Sen. Obama can prove his U.S. citizenship, Berg stated, citing the senator's use of a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii verified as a forgery by three independent document forensic experts, the issue of "multi-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegiance to other countries" remains on the table.

In the lawsuit, Berg states that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as the senator maintains. Before giving birth, according to the lawsuit, Obama's mother traveled to Kenya with his father but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, "apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight." As Sen. Obama's own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed, Berg maintains that Stanley Ann Dunham--Obama's mother--gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to Hawaii to register the birth.

  7. If walk matched his talk, you'd swear he was intoxicated.

  8. McCain donated 0% of his income, but 10% of his wife's money.

If McCain really cared wouldn't he donate more free money from his drug addicted wife?

Anybody can donate other people's money through marriage, but are they really a hero by doing that?

If McCain really cared, I think he would show it in his personal life as well.

  9. Yeah, Obama hussein loves playing sandy claus with other peoples money so much that he even has a live bill on the senate floor called the Global Poverty Act in which he gets to give away 845,000,000,000 dollars of our tax money to bring the poor people of the world a little joy.

Of course the money he said would be raised by taxing carbon fuels, plain english meaning gas, raising the price by estimates of .35 to 1.00 per gallon. That will help the economy...NOT!.

  10. Is this 10% after he bought his 8 homes?

  11. Sorry , but hte facts are the other way around i think,.  Obama did charity work for years, I have only heard of McCains wife doing any not him McCain did not give 600,000 or more

  12. He only upped his contributions the last few years when he got into national office. He would much rather spend other people's money.

  13. This pattern is consistent with liberals, they are only generous with other peoples money not their own, they want higher taxes on us, but they could donate all they want to the government on their own, if that is what they want to do no one is stopping them.

  14. I feel bad for Barrys' brother living on $1.00 a month in a shack. You'd think he would help his own brother. Obama is a typical elitist hypocrite.

  15. Boo hoo.

Is he running on a charity platform?

  16. democrats run on the platform of "PARTY OF THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS"

Too bad the middle class and republicans in particular pour more into charity then democrats do.

Most rich democrats are hollywood actors that acted to make their millions.

Rich republicans worked hard and built a company or created something useful.

They understood what it was like to start with nothing.

Rich democrats just acted their way up.

"I acted as a rich billionaire"

  17. No I think that McCain gave his salary from the Senate to charity and keeps none of it.

  18. No one really knows, no one really cares.  Evidently McKane is your choice because his wife Cindy donated 10% (a tax write off) a big deal to you and others.  The Reagans and Ross Perot donated charity to care for Carol McCain (the abandoned ex-wife of your hero John MacKain).

  19. Where did u hear that load of ****?  Rush Limbaugh?  Fox News?  That is a lie.  Obama and Michelle donate tons of money.  Michelle turned around the hospital she worked at and volunteering and donations skyrocketed.

  20. Cindy has a h**l of a lot more money for McCain to donate that Obama has.

She also probably need the write off.

  21. For Democrats, its always "do as I say, not as I do".  Al Gore's home, with the carbon footprint of Mt. St. Helens is the classic example.  When taken to extremes, i.e. when they become outright communists, only the ruling class are allowed to get rich; everyone else is expected to share whatever is left.
