Obama had no religion until he became a Christian in Chicago. Do you have any sources that say otherwise?

I read that on the Time magazine website. It said his Grandfather was a muslim in Kenya, his father had no religion, and he didn't have any religion until he moved to Chicago. If you have a reliable source that says anything different, please let me know. And I do mean a reliable source, not a chain e-mail or something Rush Limbaugh or Bill O'Riley said.

I don't really care about his religion, but the people around me do and it's driving me insane.

Sara, why in the world did you say that about Bill O'Reilly? I have watched him for the last couple of years and I find him to be a very factual person. He backs up everything he says with facts and I don't remember him ever saying something that he couldn't prove UNLESS he stated that it was his opinion.

Bill gives credit where credit is due and also takes people to task when it needs to be done.

You know what you should do? You should watch the O'Reilly Factor every single night it's on for two years and then come back and tell me what you think. I'm serious. He is very factual.

Luckily, we are not suppose to judge and for those who do will have to reckon w/ the father. I feel that if he seems to be a man you would like to know, believe in, and look forward to the future with. If he is comfortable for you, it really doesn't matter about his religion. Like all of us, he will be held accountable for himself.

Obama was registered as being a Muslim in school. His half-siblings say he went to mosque with his father. Will you hear the left wing liberals say it?  No. It took over a year before the left wing Obama worshiping media would do a story about Jeremiah Wright after the conservatives had put the information out.

An investigation of Mr. Obama by political opponents within the Democratic Party has discovered that Mr. Obama was raised as a Muslim by his stepfather in Indonesia. Sources close to the background check, which has not yet been released, said Mr. Obama, 45, spent at least four years in a so-called Madrassa, or Muslim seminary, in Indonesia.

Sources said the background check, conducted by researchers connected to Senator Clinton, disclosed details of Mr. Obama's Muslim past. The sources said the Clinton camp concluded the Illinois Democrat concealed his prior Muslim faith and education.

The sources said the young Obama was given the name Hussein by his Muslim father, which the Illinois Democrat rarely uses in public.

The sources said the background check concerned Mr. Obama's years in Jakarta. In Indonesia, the young Obama was enrolled in a Madrassa and was raised and educated as a Muslim. I wonder some times if those who follow Obama even realize how frightening they are?

Never before have I seen so many blindly adore a man we know so little of, not to mention a man who has done basicly NOTHING, and yet they go into a rage whenever he is critized.
