Carter got little done because he had no connections in Washington. That's how Washington works. Obama has a weak constituency too.

McCain has a very strong constituency and is willing to work with Democrats. McCain is the wiser choice.

I've been ranting this for a week.  When I heard Obama named Biden as his running mate I was literally sick to my stomach.  What a terrible, horrible, disgusting  choice.  Well its Obama's choice and not mine.  It will be a cold day in you know where before this 57 year old woman will vote for Obama.  I'm excited to learn more about Mrs. Pallin.  I am finally glad there is truly a new face on the scene.

I lived through Carter as a kid.

No way do I want to do that as an adult. No way.

Obama has a lot of likeness to Carter, I was there and old enough to remember and get it.
