I think in the realm of "Cover Photo Sells Magazine like Hotcakes" this may be a pretty good analogy.

Magazines are STILL running cover photos of Pricess DI, and I think judging from the number of covers featuring Obama the print media have discovered a similar effect.

However, I don't know why you are mapping America to London rather than the UK
