  1. More time in Washington only means they are no longer champions of worthy policy goals. They turn into representatives of businessmen instead of common people.

  2. Many a president has come across as minimally quialified and turned out to be the real deal. Lincoln and Truman come to mind.

You know as well as I that if Obama had spent twenty years in the senate then the argument against him would be that we was too established.

  3. I find it amusing that McCain and his pundits say hi is more qualified on national security when he has disagreed with basically everything Obama has said, and almost everything Obama has said is what is currently happening after Bush's initial policies failed

    Timeline in Iraq

    Bombings in Pakistan

    More troops to Afghanistan

Sending a delegation to the Iran negotiations

Am I missing something, or is McCain losing that battle

I'm sure Repubs. don't agree, but the proof is there

but predictably they don't believe facts

  4. Word has it he once did so much cocaine even he couldn't pronounce his own name.

  5. He has a top-notch education, including Harvard Law School.  Instead of pursuing a high-paying job at a top law firm, he chose to be a community organizer.  He was in the state legislature for seven years and taught at a law school.  He is also a member of the Senate.  He has no more, and no less, executive experience as Sen. John McCain.

  6. Absolutely none!
