Any one with any common sense or rudimentary knowledge of economics would know this is the case. Then again most liberals are quite lacking in these two departments.

Short answer, yes. The primary responsibility of Corporate Managers is to increase shareholder wealth (shareholders are the true owners). By raising taxes the corporation has less money, which management must make up for somehow... That somehow is by laying off employees or issuing a hiring freeze. On the other hand, when taxes are cut, corporations are able to hire more employees and the added payroll taxes collected from the increase in employees more than makes up for the original tax cut.

Of course.  Corporations can do business anywhere on the globe; why should they choose to do so in a less profitable environment?  Ireland has scored big time by reducing taxes -- and is growing very nicely, thank you.

Of course it will. Higher taxes on the corporate world means they can't afford to keep all their workers, thus meaning layoffs or paycuts. It also means that because the company can't afford it's workers it looks for alternate, cheaper labor overseas. JOB OUTSOURCING --- and Barack wants to

enact the single largest tax increase since the Second World War.

You don't want more taxes for the companys, you want less so the company can grow. Corporate taxes basically suffocate them.

Obama wants to end the tax breaks Bush gave to the wealthy, so the middle class can get the tax breaks they need to survive, instead of giving handouts to those who don't need them.  I have heard your scare tactics and threats before.  The truth is the rich will take everything they can and don't worry a bit about whether other people starve or lose their jobs.  Companies already have been getting tax breaks from Bush as incentive to ship jobs overseas and haven't been concerned with their employees losing their jobs.  Enough.

it will help but all it will help is more inflex of illegals to take up the slack cause of taxes, they will not be able to stay in business in the normal fashion and will cut expenses to the bone

Yes of course the corporate have to pay out more money then they will cut unnecessary division in there corporation this also go for factory workers. That or salaries will be cutt or many will loose there jobs or alot of hours.

Edit : forcing them to go find new jobs but many will have to keep there dead end jobs because i'm going to say that most of the better jobs will be taken.

Not only loss of jobs but the cost of services and products will also go up to keep up with the increase in taxes.  The middle class and below will get slammed.  Obama is an idiot!
