While I really hate Barry, the media is making too much of this. Not all families are close. I do think that it is in Barry's best interest to take care of his brother, even if it is phony.

How he should "treat" his family??? Did Obama make him live there? No. He's met him TWICE. It's his half brother. People all over the world have half-siblings that they know nothing about and do nothing for, but no one makes a big deal out of it. Who says this half brother has ever even asked for help? You can't just go forcing your help on people who don't want it.

Just saw him interviewed on TV.  He is studying to be a mechanic because that's what he wants to do.  Obama offered to bring him to the US, but he said he was Kenyan and would always be Kenyan.  He does live in a scroungy looking place, but most places in Kenya look like that.  It's how they live.  And with the Govt. in the uproar that it is it would do no good to send him money as the Govt. would take it.  His greatest treasure is Obama's books.  He is keeping close tabs on the election even tho' he and his brother barely know each other.  I think he said they met once.  And by the way, he isn't starving.

I would rather know how either of them will deal with job growth here at home. I heard Obama's where is McCain on this?

That is just peachy if I own 7 homes, but without a job taxes are not a big worry for me.
