  1. Obesity is indeed a problem in the US.  Childhood obesity is almost at epidemic rates and children are presenting with adult diseases including hypertension and diabetes.  But just like smoking what you eat is a choice and can't really regulated in a free society.

  2. i never heard anything about that, though they should, it is soo gross how obese people can get, anywhere, (not all americans are fat, im american and really skinny)

  3. Obesity is an epidemic but I don't think you should be turned down from eating somewheres because you are obese.  That is a discrimination.

  4. That law should be illegal.

  5. That will never happen~~~ Although obesity is really bad in the U.S. I pray that we can rise above this in the future before us skinny ones become the freaks.

  6. Im Australian and yea there have been many talks of this but in reality it will never pass through because, of the human rights element and its really very limiting, and degrading to an adult obese person.

  7. yes

  8. There should be a world wide law banning all fast food for everyone.

  9. They would never get away with that but I do have to say that yes, obesity is that bad over here sadly. All of our meats and dairy are pumped up with artificial hormones and all of our foods on the shelf are pumped up with trans fat to the point we don't even know what real wholesome food tastes like any more-- so sad!

  10. I am not sure about obesity in the US, but there sure are a lot of fat people here. Just today, when I was at KFC, I saw  huge Fat Thelma about 350 pounds in polyster stretch pants order a whole bucket of KFY chicken and two large cannisters of mashed potatoes and gravy then proceed to sit down and eat the whole mess, bones and all. She released a tremendous belch, stood up and walked over to Baskin Robbins next door and walke out carrying an open gallon of ice cream and a huge Fat Thelma spoon. It was gross.

  11. There are no such laws in the US.

However, yes, obesity is a major killer in the US (heart disease, etc).

  12. i dont know about what do they say in australia. but here in america we feel that obesity could kill you straight away. and well somebody else could get it for them if they paid.  just like kids get booze from the store.

  13. no

  14. itys bull they cant s its a human right to eat so no they wont do it but they may limit the ammount they buyu (butb thi will affect fast food profits so its unlikly)

    ourselff
