Obituaries 1995?

I'm trying to find an obituary of a person that died in 1995. How would I go about doing this?

contact the newspaper of the city where death occurred. You may have to pay a small fee for a transcript of the obit but some are fee and you might also try an online search although

'95 is 13 years ago. The records will still be available.
