Assuming we're talking about the obvious famous Issac Hayes of "Shaft" and "South Park" fame, then since he died less than a month ago there are literally dozens of news websites you could google for the basic information on his death and burial.  That's what I've just done.

The memorial tribute service I believe was held on Monday (19th August) at Hope Presbyterian Church, Cordova, Memphis, Tennessee.  He was buried the day before (Sunday 18th August) at Memorial Park Cemetary, Shelby County, Memphis, Tennessee.
