Object that doesn't float nor sink?

Question

This is a science class project. It's called a flinker (an object that doesn't float nor sink). I need an object that's man made and at least 2 cm long. It cannot be or include: living organisms, paper products, hair or thread, plastic bags.

Any Ideas????

You can build your own "water strider".

With paper clips, you can mimic the legs.
