Oblivion amber armor?

where can i find all of the magical amber armor matrix?

also, which is better?

crusader's armor, amber armor, or glass armor?

Still searching for matrices myself but I can tell ya Crusader or Amber are both better then glass...really just depends what you wanna do.  Glass has no enchantments and is just boring light armor, but both Crusader and Amber have the enchantments.  I use Crusader's armor usually for the restoration and it's other enchantments, but when I'm using the Grey Cowl (Infamy +100 >.>) I'm planning on using Amber armor for all the thief type stats it adds (Speed, Marksman, Acrobatics, Agility)

Hope this helps at least answer the "What's Better" question!  All I found about matrices is that the madness matrices are found quite a lot on the Grummites (I think that's what their called) so I'm going on the assumption the tree things that drop the amber in Mania also drop the matrices on rare occasion
