Oblivion for the 360 . best answer 11 !?

Question

in oblivion I need new armor and weapons all I have is ebony armor but it burdens me every time I have it . I have the umbra for a weapon but it keeps breaking and I can't repair magic armor or weapons yet, plus it's the only weapon I have other than a bow and an iron dagger if you can tell me where ( exactly ) there is some good armor and a good weapon or weapons, thanks.
