Oblivion help ps3 just starting ?

i am a elf thief and right now my sneak level is rising as i am at the point right before you help the king in the beginning i've got my controller leaning against something so he can sneak without being seen by the king . what else can i do to gain exp fast

Go to a town at night, break into a house, I'd recommend a Mage's Guild or any other Guild since you don't need to lockpick a door. Go to a room with someone sleeping, hopefully the room is dark, or find a dark area in the room, and just crouch and stay in that spot for as long as you want, the exp will go up.

you can do the same thing with athletics, just have him run around in circles, also you can boost up your weapon skills. I don't know if the PS3 version has the duplicating glitch but you can duplicate repair hammers right there in the dungeon and just beat up on baurus after the emperor gets killed. he will attack back so you can boost up your block skill and ect. just make sure to edit your class at the sewer gates. put the skills you want to train as your major skills, that way you can level up fast. just make sure you save every 10 or 20 level just in case the game locks up or you get killed by baurus. drop the difficulty down to easy as well. I did this kind of level grinding before. it's awesome to have a god like character in the beginning.
