Oblivion house question?

What is the best house in Oblivion? Not the most expensive, the one that you like. If u have the Bruma house what's the best furniture to get. I have the kitchen set which was a disappointment and I have the bed set which is awesome!

I was always a traveling hermit. If I ever needed a to store something, I would either drop it off at a guild or assassinate the owner of a house and take it for myself.

I think the best one is White Stallion Lodge near Leyawiin as you don't have to pay for it (since its quest reward), has alot usefull containers, shelves, interesting decorations and seems to be perfect one for fighter-adventurer type of person. It's also the only one that comes with fellow  fighter sublocator.
