Obtaining Human Abilities?

Is it possible for a normal human being to obtain a special power such as being able to control things with one's mind or walk through walls or anything like that?

I suppose it could be, but technologies like that are thousands of years away. In maybe 600-10,000 years we'll be able to bio-engineer humans to be like that but the odds of any human getting a trait like that, are so horrible that it pretty much will never happen naturally.
