Question:

Occasional chest pain?

about a year ago i started taking pills for my acne, which i guess were WAY too strong. After about a week of taking them, i started noticing some chest pain and i felt like i couldnt breath. I stopped taking them, but the pain lasted for about another 3 months, so i dunno if the pills were actually the ones causing this to happen.

Now, for the past week, ive been getting the same chest pain and shortness of breath, but only at night, when im about to go asleep. does anybody have any idea of what might be happening?

  2. There are so many questions that need an answer to because you have not given enough information, like is the breathlessness on trying to inhale or exhale and the type of pain. Your problem could be on an almost endless list from a mild infection though asthma  to heart problems. The only information you are likely to get here could cause you stress (another possibility) and even then would only be an ill educated guess. Go to your Doctor who is there to help by proper diagnosis and then treatment.

  3. Get to the doctor as soon as possible.  It is not feasible for anyone on this forum to assess your medical condition.  What you need is a proper diagnosis from a trained professional.
