Ocean Sharks Florida?

Question

Spotting a shark?Does a shark up and under ,or just skim along the top?While swimming i occassionaly see a black fin going up and under.It stays under for 4-5 minutes then i see 1 fin on top of water.Please give me some feed back on this subject.Thanks This is in palm coast,fl.

sharks can swim under or on the surface. there is a chance that it is just a dolphin, the key is in the shape of the dorsil fin. dolphins are thicker and more curved. most sharks will attack from below, because they think the outline of your body is a seal.
