303 UV Protectant on all the gaskets after each use (after cleaning it with clean water and drying).  Also, store it in a dark, dry place (I use a big Rubbermade tote and close it up tight).  This keeps the latex rubber gaskets in service longer before you have to change them out.  Also, wax the zippers often.
