Oceanic Personal Dive Computer error?

everytime i try to upload dive data from my dive computer i get an error message saying : Invalid Product. Process Terminated

  1. Check the  Oceanic website at the link below.  It is possible that you might need a patch for the software to be compatible with your computer.  If all else fails give them a call and talk to their service department they can guide you best.  I work at a store that is an authorized Oceanic dealer they are a great company to deal with.
