Ocho Rios Weather...When the weather report is 'chance of showers' is it usually still "lay on the beach' kind

I just got back from Sandels Grande Ochos Rios at the begining of December.

Don't belive the weather forcast that you see on line. I did and it said it would rain every day I was there and it was far from it. It did rain a little in the early afternoon (2/3:00) but only for like 20/30 minutes.

Yeah it comes down pretty good. Although we stayed in the pool most of the time we were their and it had a swim up bar that had a little cover so we were good !!!

But I would not want to be laying out on the beach. Sometimes it gets pretty windy. I think it has to do with where Ochos Rios is located on the island of Jamaica. It kinda stick out a bit. Have Fun !!! And be sure to check out
