Ocupational thearapy?

I was perscribed Occupational thearapy for my thumb because it has been sore since I fell on it in the winter. I'm wondering what I will have to do for thearapy. Please help me out.

not a lot. basically they will give you thumb exercises. and try different tasks for you to do. I actually never heard of thub occupational therepy. and im a PT
