  1. seek medical assistence

  2. try just sitting down at the end of the day and evaluating you actions. pick out what you feel was not so good. And then think about how you could change that. By maybe taking a different approach or just simply staying away. If you can evaluate and then come up with simple solution you can stop aggressive behavior before it starts you can pick up on it before. by simply identifying what might be the source of the aggression.  This what a shrink is going to sit down and do with you. So save your self a visit and do it yourself. You'll be more empowered that way. Once you take control.

  3. "Testosterone" is a blanket term in society to refer to mainly masculine traits. But testosterone does many other things besides give one aggression.

It's possible that you are experiencing depression or an anxiety disorder. Those are much more likely to occur within the scope of someone's life than an actual hormone disorder. Also, do you have any other symptoms? Being aggressive can be caused by so many things, and I doubt it's hormonal.

If you're feeling very unsure about it, seek an endocrinologist. He or she will be able to tell you if there is something hormonally wrong with your body. Other than that, I would recommend analyzing your self and your thoughts. What makes you angry? What sets you off? Perhaps these are things you need to deal with yourself, and perhaps they're not. If they're not, I recommend that you see someone professionally.

Either path you choose, I wish you the best.

  4. try Riddallin and a shrink.
