Ok well I am 12 years old, and I recently went on a cruise with my family. While I was there I made A LOT of friends who were around my age. and I had SO much fun you have no idea. It was literally the best thing I've ever done, The highlight of my summer. And now I have to leave. And I can't say good-bye to all these people. I dont know why, But I grew somewhat really attatched and we've had so many good times together even tho I've only known all of them for a week. And I just can't get them out of my head.... and I left the cruise like 2 weeks ago, And since then I've been pretty mopy and down-in-the-dumps. So I just wanted to know how I can get them out of my head. I just don't want to be sad like this and miss them anymore. All Answers GREATLY Appreciated. Best Answer Gets TEN points!!

Thanks. In advance. :]].

P.S. Please forgive me in how ridiculous this question is. I know It's stupid and dumb, but PLEASE don't be rude or post rude comments.

Thanks. :].

  1. OK...  lol well dont do things that would remind you of them... dont think about the cruise and do other things to keep you pre ocupied

you dont wanna be like all depressed you're just a kid do things that dont remind you of your friends

    hoped this helped!

  2. I think you miss the entire experience. Join a club, or when school starts, and people ask about your summer, dont mention the cruise or anyone you met there, because you'll miss it more. I'm sure there are some good kids in your neighborhood you can play with.

  3. uh, didn't you get your friends cellphone numbers??

or email address? or you know stuff like that....you could search them in the internet...you don't need to forget them

  4. If you cant get them out of your head then that means that you are VERY attached to them so if you have their any of there numbers, then call them tlk to them. you can even write letters so that way their still in your head but you are not sad and more there happy thoughts and what they could be writing back or what they will say on the phone with you.

  5. Check this practice out: it will help you feel a lot better:

    http://www.thekelee.org/kelee_meditation...

Keep consistent with doing it and you will cherish the memories without the pain.

  6. This is not a stupid or dumb question. You are very lucky to have met so many good people.

Did you get their contact details  ie phone no, email, address etc?

Can you visit some of them on the weekends or next holidays?

Are any of them coming near where you live at any time?

Can you invite them to stay with you?

Do you have skype or another computer related communication system to talk face to face?

  7. I don't think that you should want to get that out of your head. Those are good memories that you should cherish for the rest of your life. Just look forward to meeting new people and enjoy every second of your life... There are many more great people to meet so quit moping around and go have some fun! Maybe think about how much fun its gonna be next year...
