Odd male question please HELP?

Question

Would a male know if he has a genital hernia? If so is there a way that he can do the whole turn you head and cough without going to the doc(my doc is out of town all week)

Take a hot shower. Then, proceed to feel the testicles. Using the thumb, pointer, and middle finger you will roll the t******e around in your hand applying slight pressure. Your pointer and middle finger will be on the bottom while the thumb is on the top and rolls the t******e. You will feel a rope you can say. that is the tube which carries your sperm.DONT BE ALARMED. What your would be looking for is a lump of any sort. And one t******e will be larger than the other.

Palm Fox is wrong.     That is an examination for abnormalities of the testicles, not a check for a hernia.

If you don't know what to look for, you can't do this yourself, and it's hard to describe.    If you don't have a lot of pain, and there isn't any apparent abnormal mass in the s*****m, there shouldn't be an emergency, however, if you have pain, go to an emergency room.
