i have a rat and a hamster and thay both get on relli well thay live together and hate beang apart ther both female one is a russan hamster the uther is a dumbo rat verry frindly dont you find it unusal for this to happen and also i dont advise thiss

These things do happen.  It's like when you're a child, you were taught that cats and dogs aren't friendly toward one another, but they are.  Unexpected friendships happen quite a bit of the time.

my grans old dog , geordie used to be best pals with a cat called oscar at their old house !

geordie was a black and white border collie cross and oscar was ginger and white and they were absolute bessies !

i know they are different to your rat and hammy but it just shows how things like that can happen !

Sometimes weird things like that happen. Like a picture I saw of a big tom cat sleeping next to a parrot in the cage.

Aww, thats adorable. I had a dumbo rat and he was the cutest thing. His name was Peanut and his little ears were so BIG.
