Odd tight pants ?

Question

Ok so I bought some tightish pants from Aeropostale.

The legs are fun up untill it goes from the bottom of my but up(waste around.)

Its as if someone has skinny legs but really big hips and butt.

Is this normal?

Would this really look bad?

It just looks puffy basically in that area when I wear them.

that's hot when I guys were pants like that don't worry about it!! They're supposed to be tighter in the leg and sag a little around the waste and but get some good plaid or solid colored boxers to show :)

That's hot. Always wear something a little different from everyone else. It's a bit grungy I guess...

yeah it happens.

when you wear a shirt it will more than likely cover it.

or at least make it look more normal.
