Im doing an unseen question on Oedipus the King, the points we need to focus on are the plot of the play, aristotelian tragedy, fate (in the play) and free will. Anything and every thing will be appreciated~

  1. Focus on Aristotle's Catharsis (a surge of emotions that we feel that are based on pity and fear when we watch something--in this case, a play).  Catharsis is also attributed to learning (see Plato vs. Aristotle concerning literature), so when we watch Oedipus go through whatever he did, we feel pity and fear and in the process we learn something from his tribulations.  He also mentioned something about Oedipus Rex being the "perfect play."  I suggest you research on this.

Keep in mind that Oedipus was destined for his fate (killing his father, having s*x with his mother--gross--etc etc.).  Cite examples from the intricate plot that points to Oedipus' actions, how everything is "controlled by the Gods."

That's pretty much it.  Sorry if all this may seem vague, I'm too lazy to give an in-depth analysis, and anyway that's your job.  Good Luck.
