  1. HAYMAKER!!

  2. hook from kimbo

  3. cross is the strongest, upper is the most sneeky.

  4. 1 Cross

    2 Uppercut

    3 Hook

    4 Jab

  5. The best punch is the jab. It is the only punch that serves in both offense and defense. Offensively, it can be used to set up power shots or, in the case of a few fighters, can be a power punch in itself. Defensively, it is used to keep your opponent off balance so he can't set his feet or to keep him at a distance.

As far as the strongest punch, it would entirely depend on the fighter. Joe Frazier, Simon Brown, and David Tua were famous for their hooks. Tommy Hearns had a much feared right cross. Joe Louis had a great right uppercut but it's hard to say whether it was his strongest punch. He can throw an assortment of punches with devastating effect. And don't forget a fifth punch: the overhand right - something Tim Witherspoon was famous for. Just ask Larry Holmes.

  6. 1)uppercut-a hit to the chin is with this punch could result in a knockout

2)hook-simply because getting hit at the side of the head hurts

3)cross(straight)-its hard to hit this punch if the opponents defense is tough

4)jab-not really used to get knockouts but used as a lead punch to set up the other punches or to steal points from the opponent

  7. Look as a one time boxer and trainer the best over all punch is a good jab as it set's every thing else up. As for best power punch it depends on the fighter, some it would be a hook others it would be a straight right and so forth. The point is each fighter has his one punch he considers his best.....

  8. 1. Hook (Strongest)

The strongest for me is the left hook ( I am right handed)

It gains it's power from me twisting my entire body and whipping my fist parallel to the momentum across my body and into the opponents ribs or chin.

It's really hard to see coming too.

    2. Jab ( Best)

you score so many points with a good stiff jab, and you cant really connect punches if you dont have a good jab.

    3. Cross (2nd strongest)

Powerful, but really slow and easy to see coming

    4. Uppercut (super strong)

really strong but takes alot of leg cordination and a stupid opponent to land one.
