Sorry to say it's Anne.  For instance, after Charles attended university - first British royal since Edward VIII to do so - the Palace felt Anne ought to follow, but doubts were expressed as to whether she was capable of following her degree course.  Samples of her work were sent, unofficially, to the University of East Anglia, also known at that time as the University of Easy Access - and the result was an emphatic 'don't send her here, it would be embarrassing!'

I really don't get the impression she has improved much since.

As to Andrew - I can tell you from experience that someone as dim as you suggest would never make it as Naval aircrew.  He may be a vulgarian rugger type, but there's natural intelligence - enough, at least - there too.   And courage - flying a radar picket when the fleet is actually under attack is what my late husband would have called a Brown Trousers Job.  How many of his detractors would do it?

There is madness in the Royal's ancestry, so it's difficult to choose one turnip. I don't believe any of them are particularly bright, but then, look at the parents.

none of them are bright if it wasn't for the fact they are the royal family not one would have made it to university

I wouldn't use the term intellectually challenged,because none of them are mentally impaired.I taught for over 20 years and know the proper terms.I would say that some are less inteligent than others.Andrew is said to be the least "book smart" among the children.He went straight to Naval College and was quite happy with that life.His brother,Charles is the most curious,Anne,the most pragmatic.Edward is a mix of Anne and Charles.

And please don't be so rude! Just because you don't like royalty means that you have the right to disparage them as you have been doing!People who ARE intelligent know how to control themselves and think before they post insulting missives that only disparage their OWN character!

Please realize that no one is perfect.I'm not,the royals aren't and you are certainly not.You also need to understand that while you find fault with the royals,others are just as judgmental about you.
