...which one had the best food?

The winners for me would be Italy - I lived there for three years and never got tired of it! - and Greece. Gotta love them gyros! :)

Portugal had a wide variety from the street vendors to fancy dining...but everything in Lisbon food wise other than bars close fairly early..

Tanzania had the best fresh food because it was all grown in our village...

France, Italy, Japan and Australia.

They all appreciate good quality food prepared lovingly.

Yeh for the slow food movement.  If the people of the world are not careful, everyone will have no choice but to eat processed junk food provided by a handful of corporations who own everything (ie. the seeds, the farms, the fertilizers, the distribution networks, the processing plants the food outlets etc.).

Well... I've been in South France (but I didn't see much), Italy (several cities) and Turkey (just Istanbul). The three cuisines are really GOOD. I think that turkish food is more exotic, because Italian and French have large influence in Spain, where I am from. But all of them are very healthy and mediterranean. I love them all!!!

Spanish food is good as well. What can I say!!! It's my country!! lol

France as a country isn't my favorite but they did have the best food outta all the countries I went to in Europe and definately the best coffee too.
