Los Angeles, because it is full of insanity.

For sure I would not want to live in New Orleans or anywhere that hurricanes can destroy the place. Nor would I want to live in Los Angles where there are too many people, too many cars, too many earthquakes and too much pollution.

In the hood.  It's broken.  It needs to be rebuilt.

Kansas or Oklahoma. I dont want to be struck by a tornado However, it would be cool to be sucked in and look at the sky. Hopefully I wouldn't die
