Of all the $ xchange places, where in roma will I get the best exchange rate for the usd w/out fees?

Today near piazza di spagna they were offering 65 cents on the dollar, (no fee) but I heard of one paying 67 also w/out fees? There are too many to visit all, but they do not all pay the same...one near the pantheon was paying 60, and I am looking to shop, so I want the best rate. Thanks!!

The best way to get local currency is to use the ATM at the airport or at the local bank. Most bank cannot or would not charge any fees at the international locations. Therefore it is wise to use ATM to withdraw money. Please carry your ATM card with you.
