  1. I would say all of them.  I certainly know that gold is mined from igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks, and I believe copper is often found in weathered rocks.


  2. all.  I could give you a list of important mines and mining areas that are developed on each type of material.  Different metals and ore types occur in different materials (formed under different conditions), but all of the rock types you mention are associated with some ore types.
