the best of the 3 is the Toshiba REGZA model and the Samsung model.

All 3 are great choices however the 2 that stand out the most and have the best features are the 2 is mentioned.

However  if you can't decide between these two I suggest you look for EXPERT reviews and CUSTOMER reviews for this TV and read at least 10 for each TV. Also try to find each capability like their contrast ratio, black levels, durability ETC...

Also look for input capability each of them the Toshiba REGZA and the SAMSUNG has 3 HDMI inputs however the Samsung has one on the side for an easier hookup. Things like these make all the difference especially if your going to mount your TV against on on the wall.

Between the Regza toshiba and the Samsung I think Samsung is the better choice only because I have a 40" Samsung myself. However Toshiba is great too. But do not be influenced by me because if you wanted a good plasma go with Toshiba on Plasmas. lol
