  1. I've got to go with Dolph on this one. His size combined with his power, flexibility and striking aptitude would make him hard to beat in a stand up fight.

    As for the previous answer: A lot of Seagal's techniques would not be allowed in MMA. Aikido relies on small-joint manipulation, which is illegal in the sport MMA.


  2. Steven Seagal.  Aikido is acknowledged to be one of the best martial arts and the hardest to defend against.  4 of those peeps are only actors who fight and would easily lose.  Chuck would be the next.

  3. Your list is sad.  Mr. T in his prime could have whooped up on all of the guys you mentioned at the same time, and Pat Morrita (aka Mr. Miagi) could have whooped up on Mr. T!

  4. All of them. MMA isn't even a real martial art. Give me the thumbs down, but MMA is not a real martial art.

  5. Chuck Norris. His black belt in BJJ would mean broken arms all around for everyone. Maybe a few unconscious bodies strewn about as well.
