In your opinion, out of college's traditional powerhouse "basketball" schools (i.e. North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky, Indiana, UCLA) which has the best FOOTBALL team past/present? feel free to leave your opinion :)

  1. Year in and year out, it's UCLA. They are always competitive and usually wind up in some bowl game, even if it is a minor one.
