Pacquiao has fought the best and Cotto has beaten a good number of boxers.. Calzaghe lost point for choosing not to fight Pavlik, but right now, he is a little above Pavlik for me.

With a record of 33-0 (29 KO's) and two victories over former Undisputed Middleweight World Champion Jermain Taylor, I think Pavlik is clearly the frontrunner.  Joe Calzaghe is another fighter I would like to mention simply because of his long undefeated reign and his recent split decision victory over the ageless Bernard Hopkins.
