  1. The Seller has this information, if Delivery Confirmation (DC) was used.  USPS DC is NOT "tracking" as you think of it, only "confirmation" that the item was delivered.   Seller may use a service that provides for acceptance scanning, so you may get a little info out of it, but don't expect much.  You'll need to write your Seller to see if the information is available.


  2. It is normally sent to you by the sender after it is posted, request it from them
