..malaysia is such a big country unlike spore....the government has to provide and show a very good public transport system b4 they can actually control the private use of cars.

...besides the congestion is only within cities like KL...PJ...JB...during peak hours

...maybe there can be a trial of somewhat similar case of limited entry into congested cities like KL or JB.....as tat implemented in Spore,Hong Kong and London...during peak hours

There is not such thing as off peak car in Malaysia.

The traffic condition in KL town centre have no cycle at all and it can be jam at any time without any valid reason and sometime with no reason at all.
