Off street parking rights in wimbledon.....?

hi there i was wondering if anyone knows if by rights one of the 3 off street parking bays for a 3 flat house would belong to me as a tennant of one of the flats. i have just moved in and all 3 parking bays are full all the time and i have a car and the flat was advertised for rent with off street parking. strange question i know but im just wondering what my rights are before i go knocking on doors.

3 dwellings, 3 parking places.  Look at them, do they have a number on them?  If they have a number that corresponds to your house number, that's yours.  If not call the owner and ask which is yours.  Once you find out ask the owner what you should be about the car that is parked there.  Chances are they will ask the person to move it, and if it isn't moved tow it away.
