Offensive Lineman Question?

do you think it is harder for a, lets say Left Tackle to switch to left guard or right tackle, in other words stay on the same side and move to a different position or switch sides and stay at the same tackle or guard position?

A good Offensive Linemen should be able to play all positions, with the exception of the center. And BTW, the left tackle is the hardest position to play and takes the most skill, with a right handed QB, because you are on his blindside, you need to be a strong pass blocker. The QB cant see back their when he is throwing so he needs to trust his left tackle not to get him killed!!   http://www.offensivelinemanworkout.com
