I cannot stand my LA teacher. I know that sounds bad but I really cant. I have tried to get along with her then she blows up in my face for nothing. I told the principal about how predgedus the teachers are being towards me because i am very honest about how i feel and she didnt do anything!

Last week i finished my language arts project. And i was so exited that all i have to do was put it on poster board. I told my teacher that and she was exited for me to.

Then someone else wanted to do the same topic that i wanted to. She wasnt even done and i was and yet she made me pick a diffrent one. This project is due in like 2 days. And i yelled at her (i have anger problems) because she made me get off my reserch site for that project. Oh yeah and i had to throw away all my papers.

I need help the principal wont do anything

  1. Any chance you (and your anger problems) yelled at her a few times and that's why she's "predgedus" against you?

  2. I can't imagine why a teacher would make you start on another project if she saw that you were nearly finished with it and the other student seemed to be far less into her project.  Are you sure you're being fair and telling the whole story?

Teachers aren't robots.  Sadly, there are teachers who aren't always fair.  You should always continue to speak up.  Bravo.  I wish I had your courage when I was younger.  However, if you really want others to listen to you and view your concerns as legitimate and mature, you cannot allow anger to control you.  Even if you're right, anger turns people off.  Present your complaints in a mature manner and people will listen to what you have to say.  This is true for school and work.

    Good luck.

  3. Firstly, if you have anger problems and find yourself yelling at teachers then you need to address this issue.

As for the teacher yelling at you, this is simply unacceptable, and the teacher should no better.

If you are telling the truth about the teacher making you pick another topic after completing a valid topic already, this is clearly unfair and is tantamount to bullying. Unfortunately it is going to be difficult for you to prove your case if you threw your papers away... why did you do this?

Regardless of that, you should speak to your parents (assuming you were proud enough to show them your completed topic) and they should visit the principle as a matter of urgency.

Bullying behaviour and yelling teachers is not something that should be tolerated, and a resolution needs to be reached ASAP.

  4. There has to be a reason for her to be so mad at you

    talk to ur parentz

  5. I agree that she shouldn't have made you pick a new topic. She probably only did it though since you finished your work so fast, and thought that you were capable of finishing the project on a completely different subject.

So you should actually be a little flattered that she thinks you're smart enough to do that.

Yelling at her for doing that? Totally unacceptable.

Just suck it up and do it, it's not that big of a deal.

    That's just my opinion though.

  6. slap that ************.

  7. Why are you not telling your mother or father or whoever is taking care of you about what is going on with you! Kids are not heard in schools, you have to get an adult in there to talk to them and straighten them up! IT is not fair that you have to take another topic after you finished that work! You need to speak to your parents and get them in there tomorrow! IT is urgent, you need that project in or it will cost your grade. Talk to them now and tell me what they said they will do. They need to get in the school not call the school!

You don't need to do another project because you already finished and its the teachers fault that she/he didn't realize that two people had the same project! Don't yell at the teacher, speak to your parents NOW!

I am a parent and I tell my kids the same thing/ I tell them why are they trying to solve a issue with a teacher if I am here for them. Kids are not heard.

They want you to lose it so they can blame it on you. WHen ever you have a problem in school you have to get your parents in the school  when it has to do with any staff in the school!

IF you disrespect them (thats what they want) you would not be heard.

I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW IF YOU TRY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ON YOUR OWN, YOU ARE DOOMED!

Did you speak to your parents??????

  8. Please don't give "your" side of the story and expect us to give an answer that will be 100% correct.  There is way too much animosity for this to be cut and dry.

  9. It sounds to me like you dislike her for the same reasons she dislikes you.  You both have anger problems and can't control what you say.  You probably don't like one another because you are too much alike.

Realize that as long as you yell at your teachers and are "very honest about how you feel", you won't get a lot of help from anyone, because they will assume that you are the one at fault.  If the principal won't help you, then you will just have to change your approach, because there isn't anyone above that for you to go to.
