Office BBQ list?

Question

My office is planning a BBQ and so far here is the list of things that I can think of to bring. Please advise if I am missing anything.

1. plates

2. cups

3. pop

4. juice

5. water

6. alcohol

7. chips

8. buns

9. hot dogs

10. cookies

11. cupcakes (made by me)

12. table clothes

13. napkins

14. forks & knives

15. BBQ and flippers

16. ketchup

17. mustard

18. relish

Like everyone else has said, ice. If you want to put in the effort, I'd also recommend something cold, like fruit, especially if it's going to be a hot day (watermelon is great, because it's fairly portable and can feed a big crowd).

What about Hamburgers and Hamburger buns? And, Pigs In A Blanket. Also, bring a cooler with Ice, and fill it with Soda (I'm not sure if everyone likes alchohol.)
